NDR criminal damage appeal

We're looking for anyone who may have witnessed, or has dashcam footage of, a criminal damage incident that happened on the NDR (Broadland Northway- A1270) last week.

The incident occurred on Wednesday 30 July 2025, in which an item, believed to be a brick, was thrown at a moving vehicle between the Postwick and Thorpe End roundabouts at approximately 7pm. The item smashed through the victim’s car windscreen.

A man in his 50s was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage on Stanway Road, Rackheath shortly before 8pm and was taken to Aylsham Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was later released on bail while enquiries continue.
